SIP 2025 - Office Intern (East) at Tri-C Women in Transition
The Women in Transition program is a non-credit course offered to women looking to move their lives forward after or while experiencing a life transition or shift (career change, returning to college or work, personal development, recently divorced, feeling stuck, unemployment, lack of direction). The non-credit curriculum is designed to help women move their lives forward as they build personalized academic, personal, and professional development plans. In addition, participants learn about Tri-C and community resources while networking and strengthening their support system. The WIT program serves a diverse population of adult women.
Note: In-person interviews will be conducted on Feb. 28, 2025, at West and Metro. These interview fairs are your only opportunity to meet and interview with hiring supervisors.
WIT is looking for an energetic, well-organized, articulate, and self-motivated office intern. The Women in Transition Office Intern will assist the Program Director and staff with program tasks including - customer service and clerical tasks, recruitment/marketing, file management and data entry, special projects and event support, resource collection and sharing, assembling class and student materials, and providing classroom support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with technology including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT) and Tri-C systems.
- Ability to solve problems

Program Requirements
- Must be enrolled in current semester (Spring 2025)
- Must enroll in a minimum of one Summer 2025 course
- Must be returning to Tri-C for Fall 2025 Semester
- Must have a declared major on record
This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program.
