Position: Leasing and Marketing Specialist (Internship)
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing and Marketing Specialist Intern to join our team at Insight Holdings. This position plays a vital role in supporting all aspects of leasing, marketing, and administrative processes for our properties. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in property management, marketing, and customer service.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct property showings for prospective tenants.
  • Communicate with potential renters, answer inquiries, and assist with the leasing process.
  • Drive to various properties to complete leasing-related tasks (must have your own vehicle and valid driver’s license).
  • Ensure units are ready for showings and document their condition as needed.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photos of properties for marketing purposes.
  • Create engaging content and manage social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
  • Develop and post property listings on leasing platforms such as Apartments.com, Zillow, and Trulia.
  • Monitor and update listings to maximize visibility and engagement.

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare and draft leases for new tenants.
  • Facilitate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants.
  • Ensure all prospective tenants complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leasing activities.
    Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to commute between properties during business hours.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and a keen eye for photography.
  • Basic administrative and document management skills.
  • Interest in real estate, marketing, or property management is a plus.

Program Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in current semester (Spring 2025)
  • Must enroll in a minimum of one Summer 2025 course
  • Must be returning to Tri-C for Fall 2025 Semester
  • Must have a declared major on record

This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program.
