SIP 2025 -ITS Network Services Intern (Jerry Sue Thornton Center) at Tri-C ITS Network Services
ITS Network Services is responsible for serving the data connection and storage needs of the College.

Note: In-person interviews will be conducted on Feb. 28, 2025, at West and Metro. These interview fairs are your only opportunity to meet and interview with hiring supervisors.
Work closely with ITS Network Technicians to learn more about career opportunities through job shadowing, mentoring, and hands-on project work. Assigned tasks may include the following initiatives:
Responsibilities
- Cisco desk phone replacements
- Inventory network equipment
- Assist in replacement of network switches
- Cabling Documentation
- Decommission hardware for recycling
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer networking configuration or similar experience
- Strong interpersonal skills; can work within a group project
Required Qualifications
- Proficient with MS Office, Email, and Internet Applications
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Program Requirements
- Must be enrolled in current semester (Spring 2025)
- Must enroll in a minimum of one Summer 2025 course
- Must be returning to Tri-C for Fall 2025 Semester
- Must have a declared major on record
This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program.
