Note: In-person interviews will be conducted on Feb. 28, 2025, at West and Metro. These interview fairs are your only opportunity to meet and interview with hiring supervisors.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in website development, design, and hosting for clients, learning how to create user-friendly, functional, and secure websites.
  • Web design and development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Fundamentals of website hosting and server management.
  • Updating and maintaining client websites.
  • Assisting with new website builds or migrations.
  • Troubleshooting hosting or performance issues.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to pass an FBI Background Check as a prerequisite for handling sensitive customer data and ensuring trustworthiness.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, specifically from 12 PM to 8 PM on weekdays, to align with operational hours.
  • Must maintain a drug-free status, ensuring professionalism and compliance with workplace policies.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Technical knowledge or a willingness to learn about computer systems, repairs, and IT services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Program Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in current semester (Spring 2025)
  • Must enroll in a minimum of one Summer 2025 course
  • Must be returning to Tri-C for Fall 2025 Semester
  • Must have a declared major on record

This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program. 

Note: International students are eligible for employment with on-campus/ internal Tri-C departments only.
