SIP 2025 - School of Liberal Arts and Sciences Ambassador (Western Campus) at Tri-C School of Liberal Arts and Sciences
The School of Liberal Arts and Sciences offers coursework that often satisfies general education requirements for a degree or certificate. Most students who attend Tri-C will take at least one course within the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
Note: In-person interviews will be conducted on Feb. 28, 2025, at West and Metro. These interview fairs are your only opportunity to meet and interview with hiring supervisors.
The School of Liberal Arts and Sciences Ambassador will assist with student outreach related to enrollment in the upcoming Fall 2025 semester, planning for upcoming enrollment campaigns and retention initiatives, and creating marketing materials, and updating communication plans. Through this internship, the Ambassador will learn much more about Tri-C processes, departments, and resources, and how to connect students with support they need.
Preferred Qualifications
- excited to learn more about Tri-C and what we have to offer students
- comfortable speaking to prospective and current students over the phone
- creative and willing to think outside the box to develop website content and marketing material
- willing to share their experiences with prospective Tri-C students in a variety of environments (resource fairs, tables, phone calls, etc.)

Program Requirements
- Must be enrolled in current semester (Spring 2025)
- Must enroll in a minimum of one Summer 2025 course
- Must be returning to Tri-C for Fall 2025 Semester
- Must have a declared major on record
This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program.
Note: International students are eligible for employment with on-campus/ internal Tri-C departments only.
