SIP 2025 - Student Services Customer Service Support (Brunswick) at Tri-C Academic and Student Services

The Office of Student Services works to meet the needs of our students, faculty and community members. The office provides Enrollment, Counseling, Student Accessibility, College Credit Plus (CCP), and Financial Aid services.  Additionally, the office provides an environment where all students are provided with the resources and services to aid and help them succeed. The Brunswick University Center (BUC) Student Services Department focuses on assisting new and continuing students to navigate College resources. 

Note: In-person interviews will be conducted on Feb. 28, 2025, at West and Metro. These interview fairs are your only opportunity to meet and interview with hiring supervisors.

Develop relationships with new students, encouraging their success at Tri-C

  • Assist with New Student Tours for prospective students
  • Provide guidance to incoming students regarding Tri-C resources and enrollment process
  • Provide administrative support to the Academic and Student Services Administrator (may include phone work, reports, student outreach and other general office assistance)
  • Assist during New Student Orientations 
  • Assist the department with team projects and participate in committee meetings
  • Provides customer service support at the Information Desk to students, faculty, staff and community   
      members
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service experience  
  •  Prior office and/or clerical experience 
  • Microsoft experience, Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Po

Program Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in current semester (Spring 2025)
  • Must enroll in a minimum of one Summer 2025 course
  • Must be returning to Tri-C for Fall 2025 Semester
  • Must have a declared major on record

This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program.
