SIP 2025 - Summer Program Assistant (East Campus) at Tri-C Academic Success Department
Academic Success serves faculty and students throughout the year. In the summer, we host two student groups which require the assistance of an intern.
Note: In-person interviews will be conducted on Feb. 28, 2025, at West and Metro. These interview fairs are your only opportunity to meet and interview with hiring supervisors.
The Summer Program Intern will assist with two summer programs in Summer 2025.
Rising Stars is a five-week program from May 27 to June 27. PATHFINDERS Academy is a one-week program which meet June 23 - June 27.
The intern will be participating in these programs including orientation sessions that may also offered.
The work includes clerical/administrative tasks such as taking attendance, setting up session, putting away materials, escorting students around campus and to/from the bus, assisting student transitions to/from each session, run errands, help plan final ceremony, assist faculty and program director as requested, and other duties assigned.
The Summer Program Intern will need to be a welcoming presence and positive role model for all our scholars. Previous work or leadership experience is helpful. We are looking for someone who is passionate about serving others and desires to see a successful outcome for each scholar.

Program Requirements
- Must be enrolled in current semester (Spring 2025)
- Must enroll in a minimum of one Summer 2025 course
- Must be returning to Tri-C for Fall 2025 Semester
- Must have a declared major on record
This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program.
Note: International students are eligible for employment with on-campus/ internal Tri-C departments only.
